Julia: What's a Bunting Tosser? That's the British Navy's nickname* for the sailor who hoists the signals (small code flags). Seems like an apt name for a blog that curates signals from the around the world, alerting those of you in your "passing ships" to opportunities and dangers ahead. *derives from the "bunting" of which signal flags were once made.
